Some computer was taking over the world and me and a friend were running from it. It took the shape of a helicopter and was searching for us with a search light, luckily we were in a forgiving environment with plenty of cover.
We had shot a mortar at it a day earlier and had to split up to escape. I had a flashback of the event. Then we decided to try again. We were in high grass and my friend set up the mortar. He gave me a running head start and then fired it off. I ran towards a lone building and he took off towards these hills. The Helicopter chased him. I entered the building and immediately started climbing the stairs. I knew the only way out safely was off the top florr over a bridge. I ran into two of my friends (Kyle C and Paige) from work and they told me they found an easier way, but I knew it wouldn't work. I tried to help them, but they ran outside and where captured by enemy human forces. I ran higher and higher up the stairs until I saw the door I needed to get through. Suddenly I was cut off by my roommate (Darnell) and a friend from work (Joelle). They started telling me secrets about themselves to show that they were actually them and not the computer. I still didn't believe them so I took my Joelle hostage and stole the keys to the door from her. I unlocked the door and threw her at Darnell. Suddenly a Mexican guy ran up the stairs and charged me with a knife. I dove for an open air vent and started crawling through. Before I could make it he slashed my stomache, but I heard Darnell start to scuffle with him. I crawled through the vent and was outside, hella high up. I made a break across the bridge towards another building across a huge wall. The bridge didn't go all the way across though. I heard the computer helicopter coming and I jumped for the other building. I fell so far..... and made it to the other side. I was safe.
2 weeks later (in the dream)
I am walking through a mall/marketplace. I run into Darnell. I ask him if his name is even really Darnell. He says, "I am known as the Fox. You are in grave danger, you must come with me." All of a sudden a couple of guys surround me and start escorting me through the market. They lead me away from some geeky looking guys and inform me that they are working with the computer. I ask them where they are taking me. They respond, "To a secure location, we need you in one piece. You could be the Earth's last hope for stopping this machine."
*awaken*
Not tired at all when I awoke. Looked at the clock and I was up an hour early so I fell back asleep and was still refreshed when I woke again.
